Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting a booking inquiry with Navigators Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment as agreed during the inquiry process. Full payment is due 30 days before your departure date. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in writing. Navigators Club reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations or supplier cost changes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to partnerships@navigators.travel. The following refund schedule applies:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits)
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Tour Changes

Navigators Club reserves the right to modify itineraries at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued for modifications necessitated by circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

Navigators Club acts as a tour operator and assumes no liability for personal injury, loss of property, illness, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, acts of terrorism, transportation failures, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings and is required for all treks and expeditions at altitudes above 4,000 metres. Your insurance policy must cover medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and emergency repatriation. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate coverage. Navigators Club accepts no liability for costs arising from inadequate insurance.

Health & Fitness

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities at the time of booking. Certain tours require a minimum level of physical fitness. Navigators Club reserves the right to exclude any participant from a tour if their health or fitness level poses a safety risk to themselves or others in the group.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform their obligations under these terms if such failure results from events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, or extreme weather events.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
