Your information is used to respond to tour inquiries, plan and coordinate your travel itinerary, send booking confirmations and pre-trip information, and continuously improve our services. We do not use your personal data for automated profiling or marketing campaigns without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

Inquiry and booking data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas (cloud-hosted database). Images and media are hosted via Cloudinary. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. All providers maintain industry-standard security practices and data encryption at rest and in transit.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared only with: tour guides and accommodation providers strictly as required to fulfill your booking, and payment processors where applicable. All such parties are contractually bound to protect your information.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies for session management in the administrative panel only. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies are set on public-facing pages. You can browse the site without accepting any cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at partnerships@navigators.travel. We will respond within 30 days.
